    GUARANTEE POLICY

    A deposit of 100% of the total stay amount, excluding VAT, is required at the time of booking. Please check the rate rules, as exceptions may apply.


    CANCELLATION POLICY

    For stays between 1-14 nights:


    Guests may cancel up to 24 hours prior to check-in without penalty.

    The penalty for cancellations made outside the established timeframe is the cost of one night plus VAT.

    For stays of 15 nights or more:


    Guests may cancel up to 5 days prior to check-in without penalty.

    The penalty for cancellations made outside the established timeframe is 10% of the total reservation amount plus VAT.
